Requirements:
- Have a High School Dimploma or GED
- Hold a CNA Certification or Equivalent
- Be able to read and wrote english
- Be at least 18 years or older
- Experience in a residential setting is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to the clients at Rainbow House
- Supervise and assist clients with medications
- Be available for rotating shifts to accompany clients or community outings
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety practices
Salary:
- $9.00 per hour with a review in 90 days (Salary increase based on merit)
- Shifts:
- Weekdays: 6:00 am - 10:00 am, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, 10:00 pm - 6:00 am, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
- Weekends: 6:00 am - 10:00 pm, 7:00 am - 11:00 pm PRN (as needed)

All employees are paid time and a half on all holidays

All employees accrue $80 in a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) beginning the first of the month adter 90 days of employment
