- A Hoya Lift System to easily and safely transfer residents from their beds to other areas of the facility. This was the first installation of its kind in the state for a facility of this size.

- A wrap-around porch with individual access for each client bedroom area.

- A warm and inviting atrium for clients
- Closed circuit video surveillance system (24/7/365 coverage) that provides security and safety of clients, their individual living areas and other critical areas of the facility.
